Who is the programme suitable for?

Our ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring is suitable for you if you are...

  • a practising or potential senior manager
  • wanting to make a valuable impact within your team or wider across your organisation 
  • looking to develop a skill set that allows you to work constructively and positively whilst managing challenging day to day decisions
  • keen to gain an in depth understanding of coaching and mentoring and apply the skills into the work place
What’s in it for you?
Through attending this ILM programme you will develop your skills to offer 1:1 and group coaching and 1:1 mentoring and also understand how you can apply these skills to develop your own leadership capability. Through developing these skills you can have a huge positive impact on people’s performance, resilience and helping them embrace change. 
By completing this ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring you will also be eligible to apply to join the West Midlands Coaching and Mentoring Pool to continue to apply and develop your new skills.
