Engage, Connect, Learn online at our 13th Conference
West Midlands Employers are really pleased to share some exciting news. The West Midlands Coaching and Mentoring Virtual Conference programme, has now been finalised and the full programme is out now, hot off the press!
One of the joys of our annual conference is the ability to network with like-minded people and develop skills; with this being our first year as a virtual event we didn’t want to lose this and have therefore built within the sessions opportunities for discussion, practice and reflection with others.
NOW OPEN FOR BOOKINGS: We would like to encourage you to join us, and to give you the opportunity to hear the latest research, case studies and learning around these subjects.
Theme: Getting behind the mask – understanding what is going on under the surface that drives our behaviours and culture
Date: w/c 23rd – 26th November 2020

Individuals and cultures are shaped by both what is seen and unseen, heard and unheard.
This year’s conference aims to raise our awareness to see how coaching and mentoring can unearth what may be hidden to impact on engagement, inclusion, trust and ultimately develop effective and healthy cultures in these uncertain times.
We have focussed on these key areas as research shows that culture is deemed the top and most important factor for wellbeing at work, more than salary, career progression and flexible working. Now more than ever we need to be able to support leaders and managers navigate these challenging times, so please join us at our 13th annual event to find out how you make an impact through developing your coaching and mentoring skills and introducing them into organisations.
We are doing things differently this year; Instead of having all our sessions in one day we have programmed these to be presented over the course of a week 23rd – 26th November 2020. This will provide you with increased flexibility to ensure you can perform your work duties around these sessions. We have a great line up of speakers, so please feel free to book onto as many sessions as you wish.
The conference is open to anyone, so please feel free to forward the details onto your networks and via social media.
